MISSION
To improve public safety by restoring former offenders to productive roles in society through training, counseling and education programs that remove the barriers to meaningful employment and that teach skills for today's workforce.

   Work Readiness

We value our relationship with Endeavors and we want to keep it strong. I think [Endeavors] is one of the few agencies and local partnerships that has a very good potential of lowering recidivism.
Jim Cosby
Deputy Commissioner
Department of Corrections
