Job assignments are made based on the specifications of job orders received. Students that have the requested education, experience and skills and that have performed well in Levels 1-3 may be given a job assignment with a participating employer. All assignments are conditional and based on the need of our customers and the performance of our students. Students gain workforce experience, a paycheck and the opportunity to prove their abilities to an employer. The recent work experience is also helpful during the job search, especially if incarceration has created gaps in employment.
