Located in Chattanooga's Southeast Development Resource Park, we provide work preparation for job seekers with felony convictions and assist them with employment opportunities that lead to a livable wage.

Our training is organized around the needs of employers and is a unique blend of interpersonal skills development and accountability. Like many of our employers, we have a zero tolerance policy for drug use, attendance and assignment completion. Because of this policy, CEi is most suitable for people that are stable and are serious about a second chance. CEi is best suited for people that are stable and are serious about a second chance but are having a hard time finding employment becuase of a felony conviction.
